ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 香蕉传媒 (Nasdaq: LMCA, LMCB) (鈥溝憬洞解��) today announced that it has received approval from the Federal Communications Commission for the transfer of de jure control of SiriusXM to 香蕉传媒. 香蕉传媒 expects to complete the transfer of control of SiriusXM within 60 days.
