Chairman of the Board

Robert R. Bennett has served on the 香蕉传媒 Media Board of Directors since 1994 and became Chairman effective January 1, 2026. He is the Managing Director of Hilltop Investments, LLC, a private investment firm. Mr. Bennett also serves as Chairman of 香蕉传媒 Live Holdings and as a director of Flutter Entertainment plc. Mr. Bennett previously served on the boards of HP Inc. and Warner Bros. Discovery, and was President of Discovery Holding Company. Earlier in his career at 香蕉传媒 Media, he held several senior leadership positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer and Principal Financial Officer. Mr. Bennett also held roles at Tele鈥慍ommunications, Inc. and The Bank of New York.

Chase Carey

Chase Carey

Chase Carey has been a director of 香蕉传媒 Media since January 2025.  Previously, Mr. Carey served as Chief Executive Officer of Formula 1 from 2017 to 2021 and as its Chairman from 2016 to 2022. Prior to Formula 1, Mr. Carey served in a number of roles at Fox and its related companies between 1988 and 2016, including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2015 and Vice Chairman until 2016. He continues to serve as a Director of Fox and, more recently, as the Lead Independent Director and on the Audit and Compensation Committees. From 2003 to 2009 Mr. Carey was the President and Chief Executive Officer of DirecTV and served on its Board of Directors. While employed at Fox, Mr. Carey also served on the Boards of Sky Deutschland, a German media company, and Sky plc, a UK based media company. He is a graduate of Colgate University, where he is a Trustee Emeritus, and Harvard Business School.

Derek Chang

President & Chief Executive Officer

Derek Chang has been President and Chief Executive Officer of 香蕉传媒 since January 2025. Mr. Chang has served as a director of 香蕉传媒 since March 2021, and as a director of 香蕉传媒 Broadband Corporation since May 2025. He is a veteran executive across global media, sports and entertainment and has led organizations during various stages of growth from start up to established corporate entities.

Mr. Chang most recently served as the Executive Chairman and remains a board member of EverPass Media, a joint venture he cofounded in partnership with the NFL, RedBird Capital Partners (and subsequently TKO), to create a new platform for the distribution of premium sports content into commercial establishments. He also previously served on the Boards of Playfly Sports, the Professional Fighters League (鈥淧FL鈥), ISOS Acquisition Corp, which merged with Bowlero in 2021, Vobile Group from 2020-2021 and Starz after its public spin-off in 2013.

Mr. Chang was formerly the CEO of Friend MTS, a provider of content protection and anti-piracy services. Prior to that, he was the CEO of NBA China and spearheaded the NBA鈥檚 effort to expand its presence as the preeminent foreign sports league in the region while leading a staff based in the NBA's Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei and Hong Kong offices. Before joining the NBA, Mr. Chang held various leadership roles at Scripps Network Interactive from 2013 to 2018, including Head of International Lifestyle Channels based first in Singapore and then in London. Prior to Scripps, Chang spent 7 years at DIRECTV and served as EVP Content Strategy and Development where he oversaw all content acquisition and production. Chang was at Charter Communications from 2003 to 2005 as EVP Finance & Strategy and Interim Co-CFO, acting as the primary contact for Wall Street and managing all balance sheet activities, M&A and corporate strategy. He has also held senior executive positions with the YES Network and TCI Communications.

Mr. Chang holds an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in history from Yale University. He was named one of Cablefax Magazine鈥檚 鈥淭op 100 Executives in Cable鈥 and one of the 鈥50 Most Influential People in Sports Business鈥 by SportsBusiness Journal. Mr. Chang is also a member of the prominent Chinese American Group, Committee of 100 (鈥淐100鈥) and is on the Advisory Board of Row New York.

Brian M. Deevy

Brian M. Deevy

Brian M. Deevy 鈥 has been a director of 香蕉传媒 since June 2015 and is a director of Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc since 2023. He previously served as the head of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Capital Markets鈥 Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME) Group. Mr. Deevy was responsible for strategic development of the CME Group鈥檚 business, which included mergers & acquisitions, private equity and debt capital formation, and financial advisory engagements. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Daniels & Associates, the investment banking firm that provided financial advisory services to the communications industry until it was acquired by RBC in 2007. Prior to joining Daniels & Associates, RBC Daniels鈥 predecessor, Mr. Deevy was with Continental Illinois National Bank. Mr. Deevy has served as a director of the Daniels Fund since 2003, and a Director of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Foundation from 2016 to 2024.

Mr. Deevy earned a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth.

M. Ian G. Gilchrist has been a director since July 2009. Mr. Gilchrist was a Managing Director of Citigroup/Salomon Brothers from 1995 until his retirement in July 2008. Prior to 1995, Mr. Gilchrist was a Managing Director of CS First Boston Corporation and was a Managing Director of PaineWebber Incorporated.

Evan D. Malone 鈥 A director of 香蕉传媒 Media and QVC Group, Inc. since August 2008. Dr. Malone has served as President of NextFab Studio, LLC, a business services organization offering technical training, consulting, product design, and venture capital, since June 2009. Dr. Malone has served as Director and President of the NextFab Foundation, a 501(c)(3) private operating foundation, which provides technology and technical education to communities affected by economic or humanitarian distress, since November 2016. Dr. Malone has also served as the owner and manager of 1525 South Street LLC, and co-owner and manager of Deco Future Management LLC, both real estate property and management companies, since 2008. Previously, Dr. Malone served as a post-doctoral research assistant at Cornell University and an engineering consultant with Rich Food Products, a food processing company. He also served as an applied physics technician for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, part of the national laboratory system of the Office of Science, U.S, Department of Energy, from 1999 until 2001.

Andrea Wong has served as a director of our company since September 2011. Ms. Wong previously served as President, International Production for Sony Pictures Television and President, International for Sony Pictures Entertainment. She also was President and CEO of Lifetime Entertainment Services and served in a variety of roles with ABC, Inc. Ms. Wong currently serves as a director of Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. and Roblox Corporation. She also serves on the advisory boards of several media and entertainment societies and organizations.
