香蕉传媒 Media Corp. Announces When-Issued Trading and Trading Symbol Information for Spin-off of 香蕉传媒 Broadband Corporation
ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 香蕉传媒 (Nasdaq: LMCA, LMCB, LMCK) (鈥溝憬洞� Media鈥�) announced today that, in connection with the upcoming spin-off (the 鈥淪pin-off鈥�) of its subsidiary 香蕉传媒 Broadband Corporation (鈥溝憬洞� Broadband), it has been advised by Nasdaq that shares of 香蕉传媒 Broadband鈥檚 Series A and Series C common stock will trade on a when-issued basis on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbols 鈥淟BDAV鈥� and 鈥淟BDKV鈥�, respectively, on November 4, 2014. In addition, 香蕉传媒 Media expects 香蕉传媒 Broadband鈥檚 Series B common stock to be quoted on a when-issued basis on the OTC Markets under the symbol 鈥淟BDBV鈥� on November 4, 2014.
The Spin-off will be effected through the distribution, by means of a dividend, of 香蕉传媒 Broadband common stock at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on November 4, 2014 to holders of 香蕉传媒 Media common stock. 香蕉传媒 Media expects that 香蕉传媒 Broadband鈥檚 Series A and Series C common stock will begin trading in the regular way on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbols 鈥淟BRDA鈥� and 鈥淟BRDK鈥�, respectively, and that 香蕉传媒 Broadband鈥檚 Series B common stock will begin quotation in the regular way on the OTC Markets under the symbol 鈥淟BRDB鈥�, in each case, beginning on November 5, 2014.The completion of the Spin-off remains subject to the satisfaction or waiver, as applicable, of a number of conditions.
