(15)Employee Benefit Plans Ìý Ï㽶´«Ã½ is the sponsor of the Ï㽶´«Ã½ Media 401(k) Savings Plan (the "Ï㽶´«Ã½ 401(k) Plan"), which provides its employees and the employees of certain of its subsidiaries an opportunity for ownership in the Company and creates a retirement fund.ÌýÌýThe Ï㽶´«Ã½ 401(k) Plan provides for employees to make contributions to a trust for investment in Ï㽶´«Ã½ common stock, as well as several mutual funds.ÌýÌýThe Company and its subsidiaries make matching contributions to the Ï㽶´«Ã½ 401(k) Plan based on a percentage of the amount contributed by employees.ÌýÌýIn addition, certain of the Company's subsidiaries have similar employee benefit plans.ÌýÌýEmployer cash contributions to all plans aggregated $11 million, $12 million and $12 million for each of the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
