Employee Benefit Plans	(15)聽聽Employee Benefit Plans 香蕉传媒 is the sponsor of the 香蕉传媒 Media 401(k) Savings Plan (the 鈥溝憬洞� 401(k) Plan鈥�), which provides its employees and the employees of certain of its subsidiaries an opportunity for ownership in the Company and creates a retirement fund. The 香蕉传媒 401(k) Plan provides for employees to make contributions to a trust for investment in 香蕉传媒 common stock, as well as several mutual funds. The Company and its subsidiaries make matching contributions to the 香蕉传媒 401(k) Plan based on a percentage of the amount contributed by employees. In addition, certain of the Company鈥檚 subsidiaries have similar employee benefit plans. Employer cash contributions to all plans aggregated $19聽million, $20聽million and $17聽million for each of the years ended December聽31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
