ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ï㽶´«Ã½ Media Corporation (Nasdaq: LSXMA, LSXMB, LSXMK, BATRA, BATRK, LMCA, LMCK) will be holding its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at approximately 8:15 a.m., M.D.T., at the corporate offices of Starz, 8900 Ï㽶´«Ã½ Circle, Englewood, Colorado 80112. The record date for the meeting is 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on July 1, 2016. At the meeting, Ï㽶´«Ã½ may make observations regarding the company’s financial performance and outlook.
